CLASSIC BOATS IN BRIXHAM. Brixham is becoming a focus point for classic boats, particularly gaff rigged sailing trawlers and deriviatives. The Heritage Festival Race is open to visiting classic boats and has become an owner's rendezvous with a great ambiance. A FREE VOYAGE ON VIGILANCE? Do you hold an RYA Yachtmaster Offshore certificate with commercial endorsement? We would like to hear from you if you would like to volunteer to skipper a voyage on Vigilance with three of our regular crew members. Two of our three commercially qualified skippers have full time occupations. Bless them all for giving up so much of their free time. They can't do it all!
WEB SITE OBJECTIVES. This web site is written to give visitors information on this historic vessel. The company has charitable aims and objectives. The shareholders give their time voluntarily to our worthy cause. This applies equally to this web project. There are deliberately no tunes, videos, cookies, visitors books, counters, etc. here, just a straight forward site giving (hopefully) the information that you seek. To optimise display speed, we have placed just our logo and one or two small pictures on the welcome page. Most other pictures are placed in a picture gallery. At present, internal links open in the same window but we are trialling opening external links in a new window. Do you like it this way? We have deliberately not included a booking form ... we find that people prefer the convenience of calling us (07764-845353) or sending us an Email Please include any chatty items that you care to mention.
